With a wide variety of brands and styles, our products are made both in Australia and internationally. We pride ourselves on aiming to provide quality products at reasonable rates.

We aim to carry as much stock as possible but if something has sold out online, please don’t hesitate to email us on sales@finstones.com.au or call 0749 832 629 and we will do our best to get the product in for you.

At Finstones, our goal is to provide quality products and services at reasonable rates. If you can show us the prices you have been given, we can definitely work in a price match for you. One thing we love, is being able to work with our customers for a positive outcome!

At the moment we are currently only shipping within Australia, but our goal in the next 12 months will be to well and truly expand that area. It’s only early days at Finstones but we have some big plans!!!

If ordering online, it is all standard and you will be checked out online. As for instore, phone and email order, we take cash or card (VISA and MASTERCARD) over the counter or phone. We also have the option of AFTERPAY (exciting)!!!

We aim to have all orders out the door within 24 hours. Weekend orders will be dispatched the next working day. With embroidery orders, we can call and discuss turnaround times on these, find out what your time goals are and work with you on that.
What if my item doesn’t fit?

With the varying sizes amongst brands this is totally understandable and we can offer an exchange or refund on the item or the option of a store credit because let’s be real, you’re going to want something else at some point right!
We do recommend going to the size charts and working from those.
