Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned within 30 days with the original labels and tags attached and item is unworn and undamaged.

We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind on sale items.

Your return items will be assessed once they are received and an exchange or refund will be issued if the above conditions are met.

The return shipping method and costs of shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Finstones does not accept responsibility for returns that are not received.

Refunds will be credited by the same method you used to process the original sale.  Allow 7 days for refunds to be processed.
