Monday - Friday:
Order before 11am AEST and your order will be shipped the same day.
Order after 11am AEST and you order will be shipped the following weekday.
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays:
Orders will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Process
Orders are shipped throughout Australia via Australia Post. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number which enable you to track location of your parcel at all times via the Australia Post website.
Once your order has been dispatched it is the hands of Australia Post meaning delays or lost items are out of our control and Finstones cannot be held responsible.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within 10 days from shipping firstly check the location of your shipment using your tracking number on the Australia Post website. If you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us.
